1. Access & Eligibility

This site is strictly for official Bonordic franchise partners with an active Franchise Agreement.
Access credentials (username/password) are personal and may not be shared with any third party.
Unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in account suspension, legal action, or termination of your franchise rights.

2. Purpose of the Platform

The Bonordic Partners platform is designed to:

Facilitate franchisee product orders.
Share official updates, documents, and operational guidelines.
Provide access to marketing materials, technical resources, and after-sales processes.

3. Orders & Pricing

All orders placed through this platform are subject to the terms outlined in your Franchise Agreement.
Prices, product availability, and delivery times may change without prior notice.
Orders are binding once submitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Confidentiality

All information, prices, documents, and resources available on this site are confidential and for internal partner use only.
Partners must not disclose, share, or distribute this information to any person or entity outside the Bonordic network without prior written consent.

5. Market Exclusivity & Order Restrictions

All orders placed through this platform must be for delivery within your exclusive territory as defined in your Franchise Agreement.
Orders with a delivery address outside your assigned market will be cancelled and not shipped.
Repeated attempts to place orders outside your territory may result in account suspension or other action under the Franchise Agreement.
